Alexander Homes was born in 2010 and evolved out of Alex and Anya Snegirev’s desire to give families a personalized, professional experience with a focus on high quality details when building their custom home.
The husband and wife team bring years of experience in construction, real estate sales, project management and a keen eye for design to every project. Alaska residents themselves for over two decades, Alex and Anya take pride in every luxury home they build. They bring their local expertise to each project and are well versed in the Alaska’s unique building requirements.

Alex is responsible for day-to-day project logistics, including lot assessment, onsite project management, materials procurement and permitting. He’s also been known to grab his toolbox and work on specialized projects when needed. With more than 30 years of building industry experience, Alex brings unmatched expertise to each project
Anya brings a background in business management, and real estate sales to Alexander Homes, and she is an expert in all things design. Working with Alexander Homes' inhouse floorplan designer, she leads our design process, helping clients to create their dream home, from initial plans all the way to its luxury finishes. Anya has an expertise in Chief Architect, software that produces 3D models of a client’s future home, helping them to better envision their future home.
