I wanted to write and thank you for the beautiful home that you created for my husband and I. We knew that we loved it from the moment we walked through it during your Open House.
From the well thought out design, to the fine craftsmanship which is exhibited throughout, from the cabinetry, the window trim, the site placement and large windows and ceilings which fully take advantage of the light. We could not have found a better quality home in the Anchorage area.
We also have been amazed at the energy efficiency of our utilities and the low cost of our homeowners insurance due to the quality. We couldn't be happier.
The final thing I want to complement your company on and you personally, is the follow up after the sale which we experienced. You checked back in with us after the sale and made adjustments after the first year to correct any settling which happened. That truly impressed and astounded us!
We cannot stress enough our thanks to you for this entire process. Your word is honorable and that is an uncommon trait nowadays. We were blessed to find you and your amazing home and we give thanks every day we live here.
I pray that you work for many years in this field to provide homes for others and to allow them to experience the delightful experience of owning an Alexander Home. Dear Alex,
The dust has settled, the boxes unpacked, and the pictures are hung. Now that we’ve had four months to enjoy our remodeled home, Kim and I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the job you performed.
As you recall, the remodel project involved just about every room in the house. The great room was gutted and throughout the house plumbing was moved, electric and phone lines relocated, tile was laid, the fireplace, hearth and mantle customized, floors installed, stair railings crafted, cabinets and appliances fitted and placed, lighting upgraded, trim and doors replaced and the walls textured and freshly painted. This list is not all inclusive but does represent the myriad of projects you accomplished and coordinated.
The end result is beautiful. We’ve had so many positive comments reflecting upon the look and feel of the home. Kim and I heartily agree. You created a warm and welcoming home in which for us to live.
The process itself was not without its challenges but you met these with a warm and respectful sense of humor. The subcontractors you employed were all very professional, courteous, and respectful of our time. We very much appreciated the demeanor of Thomas, you onsite coordinator.
